The Department must be informed when certain events occur.
These events may include things such as changes to a sponsors:
legal name
trading name
registration details
business structure
ongoing communication contact
owners, directors, principals or partners
business address
There are other events which may also trigger the obligation to inform the Department.
A sponsors obligation starts on the day they are approved as an standard business sponsorship or the work agreement commences.
